Superb location with a wide range of dining options nearby , and the breakfast is an unforgettable buffet with impressive variety. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Housekeeping struggles persisted with untimely cleaning and missing amenities , while billing issues arose at checkout, creating an uncomfortable impression. The overall customer service felt inconsistent and often lacking attention to detail.

excellent base for exploring oslo's vibrant culture and parks

I had an amazing stay with easy access to the royal palace and beautiful palace park, where i enjoyed leisurely walks amidst stunning greenery while indulging in a fabulous breakfast that was literally on another level. it truly made my mornings special.
